Residence Interiors

A complete interior fit-out: kitchen, living and dining, a gym, bathrooms and bedrooms, finished and handed over.

Notes

A demonstration of the phase most contractors are weakest at. The apartment runs the depth of the floor plate with continuous glazing down one side, so every decision about floors, ceilings and joinery had to hold across the whole length rather than room by room.

Stone floors run uninterrupted from the entrance through to the terrace glazing. The kitchen is a single stone-topped run with integrated storage and wine racking; bathrooms are in book-matched marble with wall-hung vanities. Fitted joinery — shelving, wardrobes, desks — was made to the apartment rather than bought into it.

Seventeen frames, photographed once the last trade was out.
