Ad Astra Consulting is a construction company in Tivat, on the Bay of Kotor.
We build turnkey: design, planning, construction and finishing under a single contract. Most of what we do is on the coast, and most of the people we do it for do not live here.
That last fact shapes the way the company works. An owner in London or Miami cannot walk a site on a Tuesday afternoon to see whether the render went on straight. So the coordination that a resident client would do themselves — chasing the electrician, catching the mistake before it is tiled over, holding the programme together — is not an extra service here. It is the job.
The result is on this site: the buildings, photographed as they stand. Nothing here is borrowed and nothing is staged.
The record
Everything on this site is our own work.
No stock photography, no borrowed projects, no other firm's buildings dressed up as ours. The aerials were flown over Tivat; the interiors were photographed once the last trade was out. It is not the whole of what we have built — it is the part we can show you rather than describe, which is the part that should count.

Being here is not incidental to the offer — it is the offer. Someone has to be able to stand on the slab on a Tuesday morning and say that the falls are wrong before the tiles go down. For an owner in another country, that person is us.
